Session 1: Introduction to Data and R
Students will learn about data types, variables, populations, and samples, and distinguish between numerical, categorical, discrete, and continuous variables. They will use R to explore the structure of data frames, and learnwith basic programming concepts.

Students will apply data cleaning, descriptive statistics, group comparisons, and data visualization techniques to analyze a complete dataset using R.
Session 8: Reporting and Presentation
Students will use R Markdown or Quarto to integrate their research questions, data, analysis results, visualizations, limitations, and conclusions into a short data analysis report.
