Dr. Ella Cao founded Research4Youth to help young people develop authentic research skills through hands-on projects and thoughtful guidance.

Simin Cao PhD

Xuchang University, China

Dr. Simin Cao is currently a lecturer at Xuchang University, China. She has published extensively in SSCI-indexed journals and serves as a peer reviewer for leading international journals, including Teaching and Teacher Education and Early Education and Development. She also serves as an Associate Editor for Springer Nature Social Sciences.

Peng Xu PhD

Nanjing Normal University, China

Dr. Peng Xu is a Lecturer in the School of Education Science at Nanjing Normal University. His research primarily focuses on children’s rights, sustainability, and democratic practices in early childhood education. He has published over twenty articles and book chapters in these areas, contributing to both national and international scholarly discourse. In addition, he has served as a peer reviewer and special issue editor for several academic journals.

Jinghua Zhang PhD

Nanjing University of Information & Technology, China

Dr. Jinghua Zhang is a Lecturer whose research focuses on teaching and learning in higher education. She has been actively involved in the large-scale China College Teaching & Learning Survey, a national research project that examined the quality of undergraduate education across 40 universities in China.
